- We are a Party Bus so have FUN!!!
- Show respect for the driver and follow the drivers’ instructions.
- Each guest will be required to sign a Waiver before boarding the Party Bus. All minors under age 18 has to have a Parent/Guardian Signature consent. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Any Guests added to the Party Bus during the event (not part of the original group are added at the discretion of the driver only. In no case will the maximum number of passengers (14) we can safely transport be exceeded.
- If you wish to bring food you may. Please no foods that will leave permanent odors such as fish.
- NO STANDING IN THE MOVING BUS. No standing on the seats. While bus is in motion, passengers must sit behind the drivers privacy door.
- No fighting or horse playing. Party Bus will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur due to fighting, horse playing, at a standstill or entering or exiting the vehicle.
- In the interest of safety, glass (including bottles) and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Bringing such items onto the vehicle may result in termination of the Event.
- There is NO smoking allowed on the bus at anytime.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the bus during the trip. However, please do not remove alcohol from the bus and take it into a public space.
- If you do spill, wipe it up right away to prevent any accidents.
- Be Nice! Party Bus drivers or employee reserve the absolute right to eject any individual(s) whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, or pose a safety issue to themselves or to others.
- No underage drinking. Party Bus personnel and drivers are not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at anytime before, during, or after the ride. If anyone while on our buses is caught with or consuming alcohol underage, illegal drugs, or weapons, the driver has total discretion to terminate the reservation immediately, or remove the person or persons who are in direct violation of these terms and conditions and/or contact the local authorities IF necessary. Driver has the right (but not the obligation) to inspect identification and containers of passengers who appear underage.
- Customers may bring coolers, food (in consideration to long lasting smells), portable electronic devices, and reasonably sized carry-on luggage at no extra charge. Employees of Port City Party Bus have the right to determine what constitutes as a reasonably sized carry-on item.
